Mag. iur. Georg Schäfke, a German Attorney at Law who founded our law firm in 2011, has vast experience in various legal fields working in Thailand, Germany, and Myanmar. In addition to his legal background, he is publicly sworn interpreter and accredited translator for Thai and German. The combination of legal, linguistic, and intercultural skills enables him to break down cultural barriers and to solve problems easier and faster, thereby achieving effective client support.

He is member of the Cologne Bar Association. His legal work focuses on commercial law with a specialization in corporate law, contract law, and investment law. Furthermore, he is active in the field of (international) inheritance law.

With a perceptive understanding for our clients´ goals and needs Mr. Schäfke coordinates our clients´ matters and develops legal strategies as well as pragmatic solutions together with our Thai lawyers.

He studied Law and East Asian studies at Cologne University and completed his legal clerkship in Cologne, Beijing, and Bangkok.

He taught Thai and Southeast Asian studies at the German Federal Language Department for over 10 years. After his Abitur Mr. Schäfke volunteered in a Burmese refugee camp in Thailand as an English teacher and education coordinator.

Mr. Schäfke is fluent in German, Thai, and English as well as very knowledgeable in Mandarin and Lao.

Our Associate Mr. Monsit Pookongchai graduated from Ramkhamhaeng University.

He is specialized in both civil and criminal law and is a highly experienced litigation lawyer. His legal practice and courtroom representation includes business cases such as breach of contract, damage claims, service contracts, labor disputes, consumer protection cases, cheque-related cases, fraud, embezzlement, as well as divorce cases, general estate administration, and enforcement of judgments.

With his strong understanding of the Thai jurisprudence, he supports our clients to protect their rights in court proceedings at all courts in Thailand.

Our General Manager Ms. Nuchsara Na Rungsee joined us in 2012. She obtained a degree in business administration at Sripatum University in Bangkok.

She has over 13 years of experience working with government agencies and embassies, accounting, and tax matters as well as the organization of various businesses and management issues.

She has excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle and successfully overcome daily business obstacles.

Ms. Nuchsara speaks Thai, English and German.

Our Associate Ms. Lanlana Suriyo graduated from Thammasat University and is specialized in criminal, civil, family, labor, consumer, and corporate law. She has a strong background in litigation and corporate compliance.

Her work focuses on litigation, bilingual drafting and reviewing of all types of contracts, managing regulatory filings as well as the communication with government agencies. She handles client consultations, evidence review, legal strategy, and court representation.

Ms. Lanlana delivers our clients with practical, result-oriented legal solutions with professionalism and efficiency.

Our Associate Ms. Kunruthai Rittikasorn graduated at Chulalongkorn University. She specializes in business law, inheritance law, and family law, and provides legal assistance in corporate structuring, international estate administration,  and immigration matters.

Ms. Kunruthai worked in the USA and studied in Germany. She communicates fluently in Thai and English and has basic German language skills. This allows her to provide legal translations and to facilitate seamless communication with our international clients.

She delivers practical, result-oriented legal solutions focused on the client´s needs, helping individuals and businesses navigate the Thai legal landscape with clarity and confidence.

Our Junior Lawyer, Ms. Yaowapa Chaopreecha, graduated from Thammasat University and was awarded a scholarship to study at National Taiwan University, College of Law, through an academic exchange program.

She has experience in corporate and commercial law in Thailand, including cross-border matters, and a solid foundation in international trade and U.S. corporate law, particularly Delaware corporate law and venture capital structures.

She gained professional experience in the United States and is fluent in Thai and English, with basic proficiency in German and Spanish. She delivers practical, results-oriented legal solutions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Our Accountant and Management Assistant, Ms. Setthasiri Techaareewong, graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University. With a strong academic foundation in finance, accounting principles, and business management, she brings both technical knowledge and practical expertise to the organization.

Ms. Setthasiri speaks Thai and English. Her dedication, integrity, and positive attitude reflect the high standards and values of our company.
